The Raja Group has enjoyed a fruitful and upward trajectory in Bangalore. Established in 1890 during Bangalore's formative years and actively contributing to its exponential growth and development, our journey has been rewarding and a marvelous learning experience. Initially, the Raja Group engaged in grain trading and later diversified into various other industries such as silk, jewelry, automobiles, hospitality, and software. With remarkable success in these ventures, we recognized the potential in the real estate market and decided to seize the opportunity. Thus, Raja Housing Ltd. was born.

Raja Housing Limited was established in 1992 to make dream homes a reality. Headed by two brothers, Mr. Raja Suchindra and Mr. Raja Datta, who bring a combined 31 years of industry experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm to shape Raja Housing Limited in Bangalore. We were pioneers in the housing industry, offering modern, innovative interiors such as Italian modular kitchens, vitrified tiles, and Italian marble as standard specifications for all our projects.
